We have tightened our rules and conditions. Even if you are a returning vendor, be sure to read our Vendor Conditions above before completing and sending your application.

If you are a new vendor, please take the time to read our FAQs and Conditions above. We are quite certain all your questions will be answered (including: How much does a table cost? What is included in my vendor fee? How large are the booths? Do you advertise? How many Vendors do you have?)


Set Up and Tear Down
The show runs from 9 am to 3 pm. Vendors can set start setting up at 8 am. Vendors MUST NOT begin tear down before 3 pm. Any Vendor who commences tear down of their display before 3 pm will not be accepted at a future DRCC show.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before November 4, 2017 will be refunded in full. Any cancellations received on or after November 5, 2017 will not be refunded. Why? Because the show will be three weeks away and most vendors are already committed to another event and will not be able to take your place. It is also a lot of work for us to scramble and find a replacement for your space.
